robux.ar is a commercial project/brand of DomyGS LLC.

2) Nature of the service

At robux.ar we offer digital goods and services that may include, subject to availability:

• Robux (virtual currency used within the Roblox ecosystem).
• Digital items known as "Brainrots" associated with the game "Steal a Brainrot" within Roblox.
• Other related digital goods when expressly indicated on the Site.

Digital goods are not physical goods and are delivered digitally (for example: crediting, in-game delivery, trade, gifting, or other methods disclosed at the time of purchase).

3) No affiliation and third-party trademarks (Disclaimer)

robux.ar and DomyGS LLC are not affiliated with, sponsored by, associated with, or approved by Roblox Corporation, Roblox, nor by the developers/owners of the game "Steal a Brainrot" (unless expressly stated otherwise, which is not the case).

Roblox, Robux, and any other related trademarks, trade names, logos, or references belong to their respective owners. They are mentioned solely for descriptive and compatibility purposes.

4) User requirements

By using the Site and/or purchasing, you state that:

• You have the legal capacity to contract in your jurisdiction, or you have authorization from your parent/guardian.
• You will provide truthful and complete information (for example: correct username/ID, email, etc.).
• You will use digital goods in compliance with the terms, rules, and policies of Roblox and the applicable game.

Important: The User is responsible for knowing and complying with the applicable terms of Roblox and the game "Steal a Brainrot". Any restriction, suspension, ban, or loss resulting from non-compliance is not the responsibility of robux.ar or DomyGS, to the extent permitted by law.

5) Account, data, and security

• We may require the User to create an account or provide minimum data to process the order.
• We may request identity or payment method verification for transactions considered risky (see Section 9).

The User is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity performed from their account.

6) Prices, availability, and taxes

• Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Site and may change without notice.
• Availability of digital goods may vary (digital stock / operational limits / game restrictions).
• Taxes, withholdings, or additional charges (if applicable) will be disclosed at checkout or on the payment receipt, in accordance with applicable regulations.

7) Payments

We accept the payment methods published on the Site. By paying, you authorize DomyGS (and/or its payment processors) to:

• Charge the full amount.
• Perform reasonable anti-fraud and security checks.

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or hold orders when we detect signs of fraud, prior chargebacks, inconsistencies, misuse, or operational risk.

8) Delivery and timelines (digital goods)

8.1. Delivery methods

Delivery may be completed via one or more of the following methods, depending on the product:

• Digital credit/transfer associated with a username/ID.
• In-game delivery, via trade/gifting or other mechanics.
• Sending instructions/code if applicable (when indicated).

8.2. Accurate information

It is the User’s responsibility to provide an accurate username/ID and follow delivery instructions. If the User provides incorrect data, the order may be delayed, delivered to a third party, or impossible to complete. In such cases, DomyGS may charge reasonable operational costs or deny a refund, as applicable and permitted by law.

8.3. Estimated times

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to security validations, availability, game/platform restrictions, outages/latency of third-party services, or additional requirements from the User (for example, in-game coordination).

9) Verification, security, and fraud prevention

To protect customers and the business, DomyGS may request reasonable confirmations (identity/payment method/order data) when appropriate.

If the User refuses or does not cooperate, we may cancel the order and issue a refund if applicable, deducting non-recoverable payment processor fees when applicable, to the extent permitted by law.

10) Refunds, returns, and cancellations policy

Because these are digital goods, special rules apply.

10.1. Before delivery

If the order has not yet been delivered, we may allow cancellation/refund depending on processing status, incurred costs, fraud risk, and payment method conditions.

10.2. After delivery

Once the digital good has been delivered or credited, generally there are no refunds, except when:

• Required by law, or
• An error attributable to DomyGS is proven (for example: the purchase was not delivered and cannot be resolved).

10.3. User errors

Refunds are not issued for:

• Incorrect username/ID provided.
• Failure to respond to coordinate delivery.
• Restrictions, suspensions, or bans resulting from non-compliance with Roblox/game rules.
• Change of mind after the digital good has been delivered.

10.4. Support

For claims, contact [email protected] indicating: order number, email, and a description of the issue.

11) Chargebacks and disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution and result in restrictions on future purchases.

If abuse is detected (for example, a chargeback after successful delivery), DomyGS may:

• Suspend or cancel accounts,
• Reject future transactions,
• Initiate actions to recover costs and/or losses where permitted by law.

12) Prohibited conduct

The User agrees not to:

• Use the Site for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to manipulate prices, coupons, or anti-fraud systems.
• Resell in a misleading way using our brand or pretending robux.ar is "official" or "affiliated" with Roblox.
• Interfere with Site operations (abusive scraping, attacks, malicious automations, etc.).

13) Intellectual property

Site content (texts, design, robux.ar/DomyGS logos, graphics, etc.) belongs to DomyGS or is used under license. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Third-party trademarks (Roblox, etc.) belong to their owners (see Section 3).

14) Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and digital goods are provided “as is” and “as available”. DomyGS does not guarantee that:

• The Roblox platform or the "Steal a Brainrot" game will operate without interruptions,
• Digital goods will maintain the same value or utility,
• No changes in third-party rules, balances, or policies will affect the experience.

15) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DomyGS will not be liable for:

• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages,
• Loss of accounts, progress, items, or access due to third-party actions (Roblox/developers) or User non-compliance,
• Outages or failures of third-party services.

Where liability applies, it will be limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the specific order giving rise to the claim, unless the law provides another standard.

16) Privacy and data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy: /privacy.

17) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be published on the Site with its update date. Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of the changes.

18) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, except for mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
